Our products are handcrafted
in small batches, following traditional recipes. We use pure flavor extracts, fresh eggs, natural sweeteners, and real butter or non-hydrogenated, plant-based shortening. ​We use no fillers, and minimal artificial coloring in a few of our confections. Buon Appetito!

Most of our products are made with 100% flour imported from Italy. Why is this important? Because this flour has not been bleached, bromated, or treated with glyphosates, and it contains no other additives.
